This image was designed based on "The Peano Curve in Mathematical Formulae". It has been reproduced here in the text as it first appeared in a Fratelli Treves publication of 1908. The famous professor of Infinitesimal Analysis at the University of Turin, Peano, wrote in a language that he himself invented and it was not possible for us to attempt a translation.
