AN ORIGINAL PICASSO DRAWING, PRESENTED BY PICASSO TO MAURICIO (or Maurici, in Catalan) TORRA-BALARI I DE LLAVALLOL (1907-1999), an important Catalan cultural figure (see Wikipedia) and once the lover of Federico García Lorca.

Signed by Picasso and dated 10.10.69.

At lower right, circular blindstamp “BIBLIOTHECA M TORRA-BALARI : PARISIIS” ("Library of M. Torra-Balari, Paris") with arms at center.
