Une gravure minimaliste d’un grand format dont l’artiste catalan a produit plusieurs variantes. La continuité des lignes noires construit le volume de la composition, mise en contraste à la fois avec le vide dans sa valeur dimensionnelle et le blanc du papier. Miró apporte de la légèreté grâce à l’impression d’une matière diluée, rendue possible grâce à la technique de l’aquatinte.
