Une nature morte au bouquet de Bernard Buffet, qui fait preuve d’une certaine économie des couleurs, par le jaune presque doré du fond, le rouge des fleurs et le vert du feuillage. Celles-ci sont d’autant plus vibrantes, en comparaison aux multiples traits noirs qui structurent habituellement ses compositions.
